Mindful Yoga is for Every Body and no experience is needed. Enjoy revitalising stretches, flowing Chi Gung movements (similar to Tai Chi) and mindful relaxation and breathing practices. Plus learn how you can treat key Shiatsu/Acupressure points to boost your health and happiness. 10% discount if you book both Yoga courses and Trial Classes also available when space allows.

Gentle and powerfully healing movements from Chi Gung and a guided mindful meditation. Relaxed and friendly class – no experience needed.
