“Excellent professional videos. I had done Zoë’s face to face Chi Gung classes in the past, so had high expectations, which Zoë met and surpassed. 30 minutes of gentle exercises which can be managed by the vast majority of people, regardless of current fitness level, followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation…It is like having a personal one to one session with Zoë, in the comfort of your living room! Thank you so much!” Helen
Movement
Adults of all ages and abilities are very welcome to join Movement & Meditation (M&M) in face to face classes or in our Online Memberships. You don’t need to have any experience with mindfulness, meditation or the flowing Chi Gung exercises. Practice how to do less and be more – be more aware, accepting and kinder to yourself and others. Learn how to let go of physical, mental and emotional tension and live more in the present moment to enhance your wellbeing.
We warm up, slow down and tune in with gentle Chi Gung movements, which can be done standing or sitting. Chi Gung is similar to Tai Chi, with flowing exercises often enjoyed in parks in China and Japan. Chi Gung can offer many health benefits. We practice being truly aware and mindful of our breath and movements to feel both relaxed and energised.
“Zoë is a warm, inclusive and passionate teacher. It has helped me enormously with coping with anxiety. I feel back in control! Come and join us.” Shirley
