Self Care from August 10th 2020
For the next few weeks, we’re running a Holiday Special with a new Self Care theme for your health and happiness. Afterwards, we’ll return to the usual Mindful Yoga classes.
Self Care offers a buffet of exercises, stretches, key Shiatsu/Acupressure points, meditations, relaxations, nutrition and cooking tips that you can dip in and out all week of or follow one after the other in an hour long healthy ‘meal’! .
