Join in the fun with our popular Mindful Yoga to keep you smiling this Summer! Full dates below. After our Summer Holiday, classes will resume for our Autumn Term from September – December. Enjoy gentle Yoga poses, flowing Chi Gung movements (like Tai Chi), Essential Oils with self-Shiatsu and simple breathing and meditation practices.
A warm welcome awaits you in beautiful Barbon Village Hall, with a large, free car park. When the sun smiles on us, we can start our practice on the grass surrounded by beautiful countryside. Friendly classes for all abilities and levels of experience. So, why not make some time for yourself to calm heart and mind and boost mood and energy?
These classes book up very fast so please save your place ASAP. We are not able to refund online payments so please book mindfully. Once the class is full, we operate a waiting list – simply contact us to be added and we’ll contact you when a place becomes available.
