Join in the fun with our popular Mindful Yoga to keep you smiling this Summer! Full dates below. After our Summer Holiday, classes will resume for our Autumn Term from September – December. Enjoy gentle Yoga poses, flowing Chi Gung movements (like Tai Chi), Essential Oils with self-Shiatsu and simple breathing and meditation practices.

A warm welcome awaits you in beautiful Barbon Village Hall, with a large, free car park. When the sun smiles on us, we can start our practice on the grass surrounded by beautiful countryside. Friendly classes for all abilities and levels of experience. So, why not make some time for yourself to calm heart and mind and boost mood and energy?

These classes book up very fast so please save your place ASAP. We are not able to refund online payments so please book mindfully. Once the class is full, we operate a waiting list – simply contact us to be added and we’ll contact you when a place becomes available.     What a pleasure it was today. It’s always lovely to see you and I really relate to your professional yet relaxed approach to teaching. I just love the subtlety of the poses/flow that offer a multitude of levels from seemingly simple motions. As an example, it is currently (note use of word -currently) impossible for me to rotate wrist and ankle in opposite directions! I do like flow over static and the fact that you offer, indeed encourage, a non-static approach to many of the poses appeals to me.

    The hall is lovely and clean, good toilet facilities and I found the
 acoustics good for that type of building; parking is excellent.
Finally, I just want to say how graceful you are. That is inspirational for
m. I started off my yoga just doing poses and was happy to achieve them any 
old way but, having watched, I see the beauty and grace in
 all aspects of a particular ‘move’. Under your tutelage, I feel
 enormous hope. So, I am very much looking forward to seeing you next week and once again, thank you so, so much.

    Zoe is a very special person and this radiates through her classes. She gives off good vibes as well as having a beautifully soothing voice and well planned classes. I love the meditation side and the use of aromatherapy oils. Like many I have a busy life and her soothing sessions are the perfect way to begin unwinding for the weekend. Thank you Zoe!
