Zoë’s bespoke recommendations utilise 30 years experience of working with TCM combined with her background in Psychology and Counselling and extensive training in Mindfulness, Yoga, Chi Gung and Meditation.
Together, you will develop a unique programme, involving a range of practices, tailor made to your individual situation and life story.
