Private Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Chi Gong, self-Shiatsu/Acupressure, Essential Oil guidance, breathing and relaxation techniques etc are offered in 1-2-1 appointments and also to private groups. These classes are tailored to your needs, wishes and ability, just like personal trainer sessions. They can be focussed on enhancing your practice or simply just for fun, especially if you’re booking a group session for a celebration or just to enjoy exercising together.
It’s great to have personalised appointments before joining a group exercise or meditation course and also as an occasional ‘top-up’ if you’re following regular classes. They provide you with bespoke guidance on how you can increase your health and happiness.
1-2-1 appointments offer you individual attention, time, space and confidentiality to significantly deepen your experience of a chosen practice, refine something of your choice and/or answer any questions you may have. Private Groups are a great way of spending quality time with like-minded people in a unique class, based on your requests.
1-2-1 and Private Groups are especially useful if you:
are new to Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness or Chi Gong
if you want to gain confidence before taking public classes
already have a practice and want to take it further
want help with specific poses or movements
have an injury or symptoms which require individual attention
would like assistance with safe alignment in a pose or movement
have any questions about your exercise or meditation practice
Zoë is currently offering a new 30 minute Online appointment in addition to the normal 60 minute Online or Face to Face class for both 1-2-1 and Private Groups. There are also new reductions if you book 3 appointments for ongoing care and attention.
