Our well established family business has always been dedicated to helping you be as healthy and content as possible. We have nearly 30 years of experience offering classes, treatments, workshops and retreats, all carefully designed to support you and your wellbeing.
Our Face to Face events fill up quickly and increasing numbers of people from further away also want to take part. So, to maximise our accessibility, we now provide many of our offers also online. In particular, we created our Monthly Online Memberships so you can feel part of our growing mindful community with exclusive access to classes and our Members’ only Facebook group etc.
Life isn’t always predictable and levels of energy, motivation and time naturally fluctuate. We don’t want anyone to feel pressured to ‘keep up’ with fixed weekly classes, which then disappear. So, our Mindful Yoga and Movement & Meditation Libraries offer you all of the classes for as long as you are a member. For extra flexibility and choice, you can follow a video or audio recording on demand – so wherever and whenever suits you and in any order you like!
Because of the success of these Online Memberships, we also now offer virtual 1-2-1 & Private Group Classes; Distant or Guided 1-2-1 Shiatsu treatment (acupressure plus lots more); Wellbeing Consultations and Nutrition advice on diet, supplements, detoxing and metabolic resets.
